Excellent communication is crucial, conveying project goals and deadlines to the team, ensuring schedule adherence, and regularly updating clients on progress. The role involves managing artists and clients, utilizing project management software, and collaborating across departments to meet production targets. Experience in TV or feature animation production is essential.

- Database experience

- FTP software knowledge
Good to have:
- HTML/Wiki skills
- ShotGrid/Kitsu project management software knowledge

Les Producteurs Exécutifs chez DNEG élaborent et adoptent fréquemment un plan détaillé pour assurer la livraison d’un projet.
Vous planifiez les ressources avec le·la Vice-Président·e de la production, les superviseur·euse·s et les chefs de département afin de mettre en place une approche efficace pour la production du projet, à court et moyen terme. De solides compétences en communication sont essentielles dans ce poste, car vous devrez transmettre les objectifs et les échéances de l’ensemble du planning de production, collaborer avec l’équipe de production pour assurer le bon déroulement du calendrier et communiquer régulièrement avec le client sur l’avancement du projet.

Compétences essentielles
- Expérience avérée en tant que Producteur·trice Exécutif·ve dans le domaine de l’animation télévisée ou de longs métrages, dans un environnement axé sur la production
- Expérience en gestion de projets
- Maîtrise de Microsoft Office, en particulier Excel ou Google Sheets
- Expérience dans l’utilisation de bases de données
- Expérience dans la gestion d’artistes et de clients
- Connaissance des logiciels FTP
- Diplôme ou formation équivalente
- Capacité à apprendre de nouveaux logiciels
Atouts appréciés
- Compétences en HTML / Wiki
- Connaissance des logiciels de gestion de projets tels que ShotGrid et/ou Kitsu

Veuillez noter qu’il s’agit d’un poste syndiqué qui sera couvert par une convention collective entre DNEG et l’IATSE dans les mois à venir. En tant qu’employé syndiqué, vous devrez adhérer au syndicat et bénéficierez des conditions établies dans la convention collective. Des cotisations syndicales seront exigées une fois la convention collective en place.

Line Producers at DNEG provide and frequently adapt a detailed plan for the delivery of a project.
You will plan the resources with the SVP of Production , Supervisors and heads of department to create an effective approach to the production of the project, for the short to medium term. Strong communication skills are valued in this position as you will need to convey the goals and deadlines for the entire production schedule , working with the production team to ensure the schedule is on track and communicating regularly with the client on the progress of the project.
Must Have
- Proven experience working as a Line Producer for TV or feature animation within a production driven environment
- Project Management experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel or Google Sheets
- Experience in working with databases
- Experience in managing artists and clients
- Knowledge of FTP software
- Diploma or equivalent education
- Aptitude for learning new software
Nice to Have
- HTML / Wiki skills
- Knowledge of Shotgrid and/or Kitsu project management software

Please note that this is a unionized position and will be covered by a collective agreement between DNEG and IATSE, in the coming months. As a unionized employee, you will be required to join the union and will benefit from the conditions set out in the collective agreement. Union dues will be required once the collective agreement is in place.
