Job Description

The Executive Support Specialist provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to the CEO and leadership team. Responsibilities include preparing briefing documents and reports, identifying and recommending process improvements, representing the organization at external events, and acting as a liaison between leadership and other departments. The role requires strong leadership and interpersonal skills, excellent communication, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. A high level of organization and responsiveness is essential. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's and Master's degree and 4-6 years of experience in a similar role. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.

Must have:

Prepare reports and briefing documents
Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements
Excellent communication and reporting skills
Handle confidential information with discretion
Bachelor's and Master's degree
4-6 years of relevant experience

Good to have:

PMP certification

Job Responsibilities:

Prepare briefing documents and reports, As per the CEO's instruction.
Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements to streamline operations.
Represent the organization in external meetings and events as needed.
Act as a liaison between the leadership team and other departments, facilitating communication and decision-making.
