First things first: What is this role about?

We are expanding our Marketing nation across 5 continents and we are currently looking for a Field Marketing Specialist to join our team. So we asked our VPs of Marketing, Regional Marketing Managers, Country Managers, and Sales Teams to tell us what they would expect from our Field Marketing Specialist and this is what they told us.

Day in and day out a Field Marketing Specialist at Insider:

Reporting to our regional senior marketing manager you will:

• Drive demand generation through a multi-touch 3rd party and hosted event program

• Source “outside the box” venue locations and negotiate vendor contracts, creating kick-ass events

• Cordinate with internal stakeholders to drive interest and attendance for Insider events

• Create nuanced and engaging post-event campaigns to drive pipeline and revenue

• Provide post-event evaluation, reporting and analysis.

• Build strong communication with vendors, employees and superiors associated with event planning and execution

• Coordinate with internal and external business partners in event planning and executing

• Audit market research to find best practices, resources and opportunities to organize events

• For events that will be organized by the company, coordinating all the processes regarding venue, print, promotion materials; speakers; handling contracts and payments and most crucially team management.

We want you to join us while we are taking a step into the future if you have;

A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field,
A previous work experience in B2B marketing, ideally for a SaaS business,
Experience with email marketing tools (e.g. Hubspot, Marketo) is a plus.
Experience with webinar tools is a plus.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Strong creative problem solving skills.
Extraordinary attention to detail.
Excellent event planning and execution skills.
A positive attitude, an inquisitive mind and a thirst for excitement.
