Key Responsibilities
Provide support for Salesforce administration, including managing user access, data integrity, and system updates, eventually become the only administrator for the Salesforce system.
Design and build reports and dashboards in Salesforce to provide actionable insights for the team.
Prepare and deliver monthly sales reports on time, ensuring the highest standards of confidentiality, accuracy, and integrity.
Assist in client contract reviews and updates within Salesforce, ensuring contracts are accurately reflected in the system.
Collaborate with various teams (Sales, Product, Operations, Finance) to generate accurate and actionable reports from Salesforce.
Oversee the receipt and verification of documents from DocuSign, ensuring they are accurately matched to Salesforce opportunities and taking appropriate actions as necessary.
Utilize Smartsheet to facilitate coordination and communication across teams, ensuring smooth workflow and timely updates.
Assist anyone who doesn’t have access to DocuSign to facilitate their documents via Docusign
Follow up on pending tasks
Requirements
Highly motivated team player required to work within a small team environment with minimal supervision
Good verbal and written communication skills
Able to grasp ideas and systems swiftly
Able to undertake R&D on Salesforce systems if & when required
