About The Role
Join Gojek as a Lead Product Manager and shape the future of food delivery by driving strategy and execution across our high-impact product streams. With a focus on new and innovative food ordering experiences, you’ll play a key role in designing a roadmap that aligns with Gojek's vision while tackling complex, strategic challenges. In your first six months, you’ll lead cross-functional collaboration, driving alignment between Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Business to refine user experience through robust data insights. Your strategic thinking and deep user empathy will directly influence millions of users across Indonesia.
What You Will Do
- Define and lead the strategic discovery of new food ordering use cases, prioritizing long-term growth and value creation.
- Align cross-functional stakeholders across business, marketing, and sales to establish and refine a strategic product roadmap.
- Establish clear, well-scoped requirements that balance immediate needs with scalability for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Use data-driven insights to identify and prioritize high-impact problem statements and opportunities.
- Guide the team’s roadmap, balancing ambitious product vision with achievable goals and resource allocation.
- Inspire and manage a high-performing cross-functional team to deliver major features and strategic product improvements.
- Champion a user-first approach by actively gathering feedback and iterating on wireframes, specs, and workflows.
- Lead product demos, translating insights into action to continuously improve and adapt our product.
What You Will Need
- 7+ years of product management experience in a consumer-centric environment, with demonstrated success in leading strategy and execution.
- Exceptional communication skills to effectively drive cross-functional alignment and synthesize complex topics for broad audiences.
- A strategic mindset with a track record of independently driving high-impact product initiatives and innovative problem-solving.
- Adaptability and agility to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Strong ability to build trust, set and communicate clear goals, and foster collaboration across teams.
- Advanced analytical skills, including proficiency in SQL and an understanding of key data metrics, paired with sound judgment to avoid analysis paralysis.
