Candidates for this role, ideally match the skills below:If you’re successful, you’ll undertake engagements locally and globally which could include a combination of but not limited to:
Review invoices for appropriate documentation and recording prior to payment.
Process suppliers’ invoices and make payments
Perform invoice and general ledger data entry.
Record expenses to accounts and cost centres by analysing invoices and expense reports.
Disburse petty cash by recording entry and verifying documentation.
Prepare weekly, monthly and ad hoc reports for the business.
Provide support as and when required.
Handle, manipulate and analyse data and information responsibly.
Uphold the firm’s code of ethics and business conduct.
Embrace different point of view and welcome opposing and conflicting ideas.
Experience and Qualifications
Good knowledge of Microsoft office 365
HSC holder with basic accounting knowledge.
One year experience in Finance or administration role
