We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Financial Analysis Expert with a specialization in HR-related financial topics. In this role, you will act as a key business partner to the HR department, executive leaders, and finance stakeholders. You will be responsible for the financial oversight of personnel costs, ensuring data accuracy, transparency, and actionable insights that drive strategic decisions.
How will you make an impact with us?
Act as a finance business partner for the HR department, budget owners and company leaders in matters related to HR financial analysis.
Lead labour cost management and people data analytics including forecasting, budgeting, cost allocation and reporting across multiple legal entities.
Provide insightful analysis and recommendations to executive leaders regarding personnel costs and workforce trends.
Create and deliver high-quality management reports, presentations, and ad hoc analysis.
Continuously review, improve, and standardize financial processes related to HR financial analysis, ensuring alignment with company-wide practices.
Build and enhance internal tools to strengthen forecasting and reporting capabilities.
Participate in month-end closing activities and support internal and external audits.
Closely cooperate with other teams within the Finance department - Accounting, Financial Reporting, Taxes.
This is the right job for you if you have:
Proven experience in financial planning & analysis, preferably with a focus on HR, personnel costs, or business partnering with HR teams.
Strong knowledge of labour cost forecasting, payroll reconciliation, and HR metrics.
Ability to work across departments and manage multiple stakeholders.
Demonstrated sense of ownership – you take initiative, follow through on responsibilities, and proactively drive topics forward
Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency in Excel
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
