We’re looking for a Financial & Business Analyst with excellent analytical skills to support our business and finance teams by providing data-driven insights.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Audit current business processes, offering insights and recommendations based on thorough analysis
• Analyze data sets to drive actionable insights that assist various business teams in enhancing their performance
• Assist in creating investor relations materials and supporting fundraising initiatives
• Help set the right KPIs for business teams, and use data to initiate projects that help achieve these targets
• Participate in preparing internal and external company reports
• Track and evaluate company performance against budgets, forecasts, and ongoing KPIs
• Oversee the monthly billing process, including data entry
• Work closely with leadership and teams to establish, track, and analyze MBOs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and driving accountability

• 1-2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Financial Analyst
• A hands-on approach, with a readiness to take on new responsibilities
• Ability to deliver quality work with outstanding attention to detail, even under tight deadlines
• Strong organizational and task prioritization skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Advanced Excel skills
• Strong business understanding and the ability to translate data into business recommendations and trend identification
• Independent, fast learner with a proactive mindset
