Responsibilities:

Tencent Overseas Finance Team is a comprehensive financial management team that serves the globalisation strategy of Tencent. It aims to build a global financial infrastructure to help businesses successfully expand internationally and operate in compliance.

作为财务部门的助手，协助日本财务负责人完成以下工作。

• 每月收集整理月报销单据以及支付单据，确认及统计内容，和会计事务所并进行月结材料/信息的传递并进行相应的沟通。

• 制作Invoice、关联交易记录、公共费用均摊、各部门KPI数据等财务资料。

• 协助整理月度财务数据，支持财务负责人提交集团合并报表的财务数据。

• 根据实习生的意愿和专业能力，可以部分参与财务分析、财务管理、资金管理、税务申报、法规调研等工作。

• 其他数据整理、外汇申报等偶发业务。
 

財務部のアシスタントとして、日本の財務責任者をサポートして以下の業務を行います。

• 毎月の経費請求書と支払い書類を収集、整理、内容確認、集計し、会計事務所に月次の資料や情報を提供し、関連やり取り。

• 請求書の作成、関連取引の記録、共通費用の配分、各部門のKPIデータなど、財務関連の資料を作成。

• 月次の財務データを整理し、財務責任者を支援してグループ連結財務諸表のデータを提出するようサポート。

• インターンの希望や専門能力に応じて、財務分析、財務管理、資金管理、税務申告、法規調査などの業務に部分的に参加することができる。

• その他のデータ整理、外国為替申告など、偶発的な業務に対応。

Requirements:

• 能够熟练使用excel，具有汉语和日语中等或以上的读写能力。

• 在日留学生或日籍学生，财务相关专业或者具有财务知识者优先。

• 态度认真，能够完成细致繁琐的工作。月出勤8-12天，每次出勤1天或0.5天。

• Excelに精通し、中国語と日本語の読み書き能力が中級または以上。

• 留学生または日本国籍の学生で、財務関連の専攻や財務知識を持っている方が優先される。

• 真面目で、細かく煩雑な仕事を完遂できる方。月に8〜12日出勤し、勤務時間は1日または0.5日はどちらもで可能。
