Job Description & Summary

A career in Finance, within Internal Firm Services, will provide you with the opportunity to help PwC in all aspects of our Finance internal function including financial planning and reporting, data analysis, and assisting leadership with overall strategy. You’ll focus on recording and analysing financial transactions, paying and receiving invoices, maintaining financial statement ledger accounts, and preparing analysis and reconciliations of bills to detect fraud.

Our Internal Tax team provides internal services related to financial services, treasury and taxation. As part of our team, you’ll help the team provide a full range of taxation services to PwC related to complex financial reporting, cost management, tax planning, investment management and transaction processing.

Responsibilities:

>Must have experience of appearing before tax authorities including preparing replies to notices.

>Must have excellent command over accounting and bookkeeping;

>Must be good in MS Office (specially excel);

>Must have thorough theoretical and strong working knowledge of various GST compliances.

>Must have ability of doing research on tax topics;

>Must have excellent communication and drafting skills;

>Must be capable of doing various reconciliations in MS excel;

>Must be willing to work in difficult situation due to stringent statutory timelines and capable of handling extreme work pressure;

>Should be able to play pivotal role in various tax filings;

>Must be a good team player, a leader, a mentor and able to build connection with different verticals across the Firm.

>Should be a positive thinker with solution oriented approach;

>Knowledge of Oracle’s ERP package.
