THE ROLE

All around the world, golf players are perfecting their swings at driving ranges—many of them powered by Toptracer’s world-leading ball-tracing technology. Our innovative solutions not only enhance the player experience but also provide range operators with powerful tools to manage their business. 

We’re looking for a Frontend Developer to join our cross-functional team and contribute to two key products. In this role, you'll work primarily with Angular 19 on a modern, well-structured codebase, built with the latest tools and best practices to ensure a clean, maintainable, and high-quality development environment. You’ll play a pivotal role in refining our frontend architecture, making technical decisions, and driving best practices to create impactful and intuitive solutions for both businesses and players. 

PRODUCTS

Toptracer Range Management System (TRMS) is the admin tool that empowers range owners to manage and operate their facilities with Toptracer’s cutting-edge technology. Our team is dedicated to building high-quality software that unlocks new opportunities for businesses of all sizes—helping them run their ranges in smarter, more efficient, and more innovative ways. At the same time, we ensure that TRMS remains a reliable and seamless tool that supports daily operations without friction.

Toptracer Coach is an online platform designed to revolutionize the coaching experience by leveraging data from Toptracer Range games. It provides teaching professionals with powerful insights into a player’s skill level, using game modes as objective baseline assessments. From there, they can assign drills, track student progress, analyze session data, and create personalized, data-driven lesson plans that drive real improvement.

• Be part of a cross-functional team with end-to-end product ownership, driving development from idea to implementation and beyond.
• Shape the future of golf technology by creating new features that expand how our partners use and benefit from Toptracer’s innovations.
• Collaborate with like-minded developers, designers, and product experts in an environment that values creativity, autonomy, and shared success.
• Experience our “Live-with-the-product” sessions, where we test the latest improvements firsthand—and maybe even improve our own golf game! (No prior golf experience required.)

WE BELIEVE YOU HAVE

• 7+ years of software development experience, including professional experience with Angular, ideally with recent versions.
• An agile mindset with a strong focus on quality, recognizing that frequent and reliable value delivery depends on well-structured code, thoughtful design, and a proactive approach to quality assurance.
• A strong frontend architectural mindset, with experience designing scalable and maintainable solutions.
• A collaborative approach, thriving in cross-functional teams and working closely with developers, designers, and product owners.
• A passion for both code and product, contributing not just to the codebase but also to the team’s success and the user experience.
