Zeeco is seeking a Global Retrofit and Aftermarket Manager to be based in their Tulsa office. This role requires comprehensive knowledge of Zeeco products, particularly Thermal Oxidizers, and their technical specifications. The manager will oversee individual proposal management, coordinating with various Zeeco disciplines to ensure competitive and successful contract awards. Key responsibilities include managing a team of application engineers, analyzing customer inquiries, designing equipment, assessing technical risks, assigning opportunities, and providing site support through travel (up to 35% abroad). The role also involves reviewing cost estimates, setting product pricing, supporting quotation processes, negotiating proposals, developing customer relationships, and providing status reports to management. The manager will also assist in creating sales presentations and identifying team training needs.

Job Description
The Global Retrofit and Aftermarket Manager position will be based out of Zeeco’s Tulsa office. The position will require knowledge of all Zeeco products, with a focus on Thermal Oxidizers products and technical requirements. The position will be responsible for individual proposal management, and all Zeeco disciplines required, ensuring the most complete offering with the greatest potential for award and contract. 
 
Job Duties:
·       Manage a team of application engineers dedicated to Aftermarket.
·       Analyzes and interprets customer inquiries, including specifications, to design and specify appropriate equipment for the application.
·       Assists with technical development and risk assessment of customer inquiries.
·       Assign opportunities to AE.
·       Travels to customer's facilities for site support and details needed for technical review and proposal generation. (available to travel abroad 35%)
·       Review cost estimates according to established guidelines.
·       Sets product pricing using mark-up and commission schedules established by management.
·       Support the AE to determine drawings needed for quotation.
·       Follow-up on any written or verbal correspondence with customer during quotation phase.
·       Visits with customer’s post-proposal issuance to discuss and negotiate proposal.
·       Select and develops contacts to customers in the given territory to promote Zeeco products.
·       Build and maintain a long term profitable relationship with the customer.
·       Provide status reports to management on overall proposal status and activities
·       Assist with the creation and modification of sales presentations / documents using Microsoft Office, Excel / PowerPoint / Publisher / Adobe and all Web based systems.
·       Works with management to determine updated skills and tools needed to continue improving performance and knowledge of the team.
·       Performs other duties as may be assigned that are appropriate based on skills and experience.
 
Qualifications/Requirements:
·       Good Technical ability – B.S chemical or mechanical engineering degree
·       Commercial and technical abilities to close a deal.
·       Organizational skills in order to deal efficiently with multiple customer priorities.
·       Available to travel abroad 35-40 %.
·       The role demands autonomy and experience within the technical marketplace, with the motivation to build relationships with a wide range of contacts.
