This role is for an Operations Co-ordinator reporting to the R&D Innovation and Reporting Lead.
The ideal candidate should be personable with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of an organisation including senior technical stakeholders.

Awareness of regulatory and compliance requirements in R&D and public funding contexts is advantageous.
You should be detail-oriented, process-driven, and confident in facilitating conversations with technical and non-technical stakeholders. You’ll be trusted to drive improvements while fostering strong relationships across teams.
This is a role for someone with a proven ability and history of ‘getting things done’.
You will have excellent Excel experience to facilitate building and designing reports.
You are a self-starter who will identify what needs to be done, take ownership and drive things to conclusion with minimal oversight. You’ll have a good awareness of when there is a need to escalate and when to just press on with things.
You understand the Strength in Balance model and play a pivotal role in applying it in this role.
