As the Head of Product Compliance, you will manage a skilled team, drive compliance strategies, and enhance our processes to ensure successful product certifications. Your responsibilities:

  • Lead the Product Compliance team and coordinate the compliance budget.
  • Develop and implement robust compliance strategies that align with organizational goals and industry regulations.
  • Manage technical audits, product certifications and compliance analyses.
  • Oversee the ISMS processes and ensure compliance with ISO/IEC 27001 standards.
  • Coordinate with internal and external partners, including auditors, laboratories and certification bodies.
  • Manage and improve compliance processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with product teams to facilitate compliance with jurisdictional requirements and technical specifications.
  • Engage in product-related discussions with clients, providing expert guidance on compliance matters.
  • Prepare and manage compliance documentation, including license applications and periodic reporting.
  • Develop strategies for effectively communicating compliance information across the organization to ensure all stakeholders are informed of requirements and changes.

 

What you bring to the team:

  • 5+ years of experience in compliance.
  • Proven experience in a compliance role within the IT industry.
  • Strong understanding of compliance regulations, especially technology.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
  • Experience managing audits and certifications, with a focus on technical compliance.
  • Knowledge of information security management systems (ISMS) and relevant certifications (ISO/IEC 27001).
  • Pragmatic approach to addressing compliance challenges and improving processes.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with internal teams and external partners.
  • Good leadership and mentoring abilities.
