The finance function is organized around the key pillars of Treasury, Tax, Accounting, Financial Planning & Analysis, Corporate Development and Investor Relations. The Head of Risk & Regulatory Reporting will partner with key stakeholders including the technology, accounting, and risk management departments as well as the business leaders of our regulated entities.
Lead and manage a team of 2 risk professionals based in Vilnius.
Provide strategic direction to the team and ensure high performance and professional and career development
Lead all aspects of daily financial risk monitoring to ensure our financial exposures for the Group and the regulated entities are within our risk tolerance
Continuously ensure that all our regulated entities have sufficient regulatory capital as the need arises by regulators and internal guidelines
Ensure all regulatory reporting requirements are met and see that controls are in place to ensure accurate reporting.
Lead projects to support efficient risk management and regulatory capital in support of Nasdaq’s regulated entities
Prepare material and present to risk committees, boards and regulators as required
Support the cash repatriation process to the US parent company
Collaborating with our Global Risk Management team to ensure continuous risk monitoring and risk management within treasury
Responsible for accuracy of core system data to ensure reliability of risk reporting
Bachelor or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration.
Around 7 years of meaningful experience
Shown experience in leading a team and strong people leadership skills
Several years of experience from a multinational corporate treasury, a bank, a credit institution, a fund management company or similar.
Excellent knowledge of and experience within financial risk management
Proven track record to lead and drive projects and risk management initiatives
Solid understanding of financial statements (balance sheet, income statement and cash flows)
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders
Experience working with market data, trading platforms and treasury management systems (Calypso, Quantum, Bloomberg and similar)
Experience with BI tools (PowerBI and similar) is a plus.
A relevant postgraduate qualification or professional certification is meriting (i.e CFA, CPA)

This is a full-time permanent position located in Vilnius. Nasdaq offers a hybrid workplace to find a balance between working from home and collaborating in the office, therefore it's required to come into the office at least 2 days per week.

Monthly salary (Gross): 3800 EUR – 4200 EUR, other bonuses apply. Final offer will be based on candidate experience.
