Healthcare Business Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Business System Analyst to join our team and play a critical role in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data related to healthcare services. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience with healthcare data, and proficiency in data management and analysis tools. This role requires close collaboration with subject matter experts (SMEs) to understand data needs and objectives. Experience working with EHR systems, healthcare claims data, ERP Space (Finance, Supply Chain, Performance management, WFM, scheduling etc) familiarity with healthcare regulations like HIPAA. Key Responsibilities: Data Profiling and Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret complex healthcare data to prepare the mapping sheet to the Datawarehouse target model. Data Management: Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and consistency of data across various data management systems. Collaboration: Work closely with SMEs to understand data requirements and objectives, providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis. Regulatory Compliance: Maintain an understanding of healthcare data standards and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance. Tool Proficiency: Utilize data analysis tools such as SQL to manage, manipulate, and analyze data efficiently. Reporting: Prepare and present detailed reports and dashboards to communicate findings and insights to stakeholders.
