Job Summary
Job Description
The Talent Acquisition Team at KRAFTON is responsible for the recruitment operations and planning at the company's headquarters. This role involves managing and operating the entire recruitment process, from sourcing talent to onboarding, to ensure timely hiring and placement of qualified personnel. Responsibilities include planning and executing company-wide recruitment programs, developing and implementing strategies to meet hiring goals for key organizations, and managing annual recruitment for major organizational units. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in large-scale recruitment, fluent English communication skills, and a proven track record of success in strategic recruitment planning and execution.
Must have:
- Fluent in English
- 8+ years recruitment experience
- Company-wide planning/execution experience in recruitment or HR
- Experience with 1000+ employee company or hundreds of hires annually
Good to have:
- C-Level direct reporting experience
- HR BI, Analytics skills
- Experience in workforce planning, internal talent mobility, veteran/disabled hiring, and industry-academia collaboration

- Fluent in English
- 채용경력 최소 8년 이상
- 채용 관련 또는 채용 외 HR 관련 전사 단위의 기획/실행 경험(필수)
- 최소 1000명 이상 규모 회사에서의 채용 경험 또는 연간 수백 명 이상 대규모 채용 경험
