Job Description

As a Human Resources Global Services Specialist, you will be responsible for developing processes and systems in support of the employee services cycle with a breadth of global services that includes: benefits, retirement, workforce mobility, employee support, and executive services. You will advise and foster a global understanding of broad human resources principles, policies, procedures, and systems across all Intel employees in service of the development and maintenance of a positive working environment across the enterprise. You will contribute to and often drive strategic decision making to execute specific human resources business processes within the scope of the area of Human Resources Global Services (HRGS) and work closely with other members of the organization in day-to-day operations and in identifying ways in which HRGS can improve process and customer experience while interacting with an end-to-end mindset and global environment. You will build a deep understanding of customer organizations, their strategic drivers, current pain points, and future needs through gathering and analyzing data from multiple sources. You will lead root cause analysis, containment, recommendations, and resolution of quality issues and execute complex human resources data transactions. You will monitor and follow up proactively with managers on any changes to volume, complexity, cadence, etc., and provide excellent service quality adhering to goals and standards defined by the region.
Must have:
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferably HR related)
  • 1 year of relevant working experience
  • Native level of Japanese proficiency (verbal/written)
  • Good command of business English
  • Experience working in a multinational environment
  • Knowledge in handling a gamut of HR business process administration (i.e. benefits, wellness, retirement, payroll and workforce mobility)

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferably HR related) with at least 1 year of relevant working experience.
  • Native level of Japanese proficiency (verbal/written). At the same time, candidate should also have a good command of business English.
  • Experience working in multinational environment. Incumbent will need to meet and interact with colleagues in other countries on daily basis.
  • Knowledge in handling a gamut of HR business process administration (i.e. benefits, wellness, retirement, payroll and workforce mobility).

Working Model
