Job Description & Summary:
A career in Information Technology, within Internal Firm Services, will provide you with the opportunity to support our core business functions by deploying applications that enable our people to work more efficiently and deliver the highest levels of service to our clients. You’ll focus on managing the design and implementation of technology infrastructure within PwC, developing and enhancing both client and internal facing applications within PwC, and providing technology tools that help create a competitive advantage for the Firm to drive strategic business growth.
Our Information Technology Security team assists PwC in designing and creating sustainable security solutions to provide foundational capabilities and operational discipline through a focus on enterprise requirements and prioritisation, Information Technology security architecture, and the software development lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
You will be part of a team responsible for security interactions with clients, including gathering of controls documentation and supporting evidence to facilitate client reviews, participating in or leading assessments.
• You will participate in the review and negotiation of engagement of third-party vendor legal documentation such as Engagement Letters, Master Service Agreements, Statements of Work and contribute security content to Request for Proposal responses.
• You will collaborate with, manage relationships, and lead efforts with contributors from multiple business, service delivery, application, and supplier teams.
• You will contribute to the development of new subject matter and technical domain expertise in the context of Client contract review and stakeholder interaction.
• You will execute tasks related to Client contract review and stakeholder interaction with autonomy.
Your Profile:
• You have at least 4 years of experience in IT Security, GRC, Privacy or IT Audit roles.
• You understand IT security management frameworks, especially ISO 27001, and how they are applied in the context of IT management frameworks and related systems and processes.
• You demonstrate functional knowledge of audits, customer or client interactions and contracts in the context of a broader understanding of information security requirements and privacy laws and regulations.
• You resolve complex issues and conflicting interests with diplomacy or recognizing when issues need to be escalated.
• You are an effective cross cultural/region/country communicator and have experience working in an environment that crosses various regions and countries.
• You possess the ability to respond to challenging situations with a pragmatic approach towards solutions.
• You are motivated and able to work under your own initiative.
