In this role, you will be responsible for establishing the team's direction, developing service offerings, and delivering exceptional cybersecurity consulting services to our clients. You will play a crucial role in helping our clients identify and mitigate cybersecurity risks, protect their critical assets, and achieve the mission objectives.

Responsibilities
- Recruit, hire, and mentor a team of cybersecurity consultants. Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.
- Define and develop a comprehensive suite of cybersecurity consulting services that address the evolving needs of our clients.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities. Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
- Lead and manage cybersecurity consulting engagements, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Provide expert guidance and advice to clients on a wide range of cybersecurity issues, including risk assessment, security architecture, incident response, and compliance.
