Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced cybersecurity leader to build and manage a new Security Operations (SECOPs) consulting team. In this role, you will be responsible for establishing the team's direction, developing service offerings, and delivering exceptional cybersecurity consulting services to our clients. You will play a crucial role in helping our clients identify and mitigate cybersecurity risks, protect their critical assets, and achieve the mission objectives.

Must have:

8 years of experience delivering cyber outcomes
8 years of experience assessing and developing cybersecurity solutions
Experience in People management or mentoring
Active US Government Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmentalized Information (TS/SCI) security clearance

Good to have:

Certificatied in CISSP, CISM, or other relevant cybersecurity certifications
10 years of experience in cybersecurity consulting
Experience building and leading outstanding teams
Understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, standards, and best practices
Excellent communication, and presentation skills

Minimum qualifications:

10 years of experience in cybersecurity consulting, with a proven track record of success.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $161,000-$241,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

Recruit, hire, and mentor a team of cybersecurity consultants. Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.
Define and develop a comprehensive suite of cybersecurity consulting services that address the evolving needs of our clients.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities. Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
Lead and manage cybersecurity consulting engagements, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Provide expert guidance and advice to clients on a wide range of cybersecurity issues, including risk assessment, security architecture, incident response, and compliance.
