Location - Singapore

Term – 12 Months contract

Our Mumbai office has an expansive portfolio spanning multiple digital first OTT campaigns across different Indian languages, high-profile theatrical, static, and ed-tech campaigns, and content production.

We create and produce some of the world's most recognizable key art for film, TV/streaming, and home media clients. We have built a great reputation for award-winning creativity, great service, and a fun and energetic culture, and we may be looking for you to join us as we build our team in Singapore.

Responsibilities:

    • (TPG/WTS) POC to Client Creative Marketing – from brief to delivery. Establish and maintain workflow and delivery timelines across all marketing campaigns (ATL, O&O, Partner Marketing, Performance Marketing, etc.) 
    • Collaborate with offshore team (TPG/WTS), ensuring high delivery standards across static, AV and copywriting. 
    • Maintain professional communication with Client stakeholders and external content partners in acquiring raw marketing assets and providing client (Video) branded assets. 
    • Acquire, download and maintain meticulous ‘housekeeping’ of raw marketing assets (Client's Originals and licensed titles) on Box, sourced from (but not limited to) the following: 
    • Vault external user links (provided by Client Creative Producer) 
    • Client’s global stakeholders
    • Content Partners (SEA and MENA) 
    • Clients Partner Content Portals
    • Clients GSS (global asset managers) for clarity and access to all asset POCs outside of SEA 
    • Work with Offshore data team to organize and manage raw asset and delivery folders, ensuring ease of use for other client teams.
    • Become the main POC of to manage localisation requests with India offshore team.
    • Uphold the highest security standards to prevent content leaks. 
    • Work closely with offshore team to ensure assets are delivered in a timely manner. 
    • Report on and troubleshoot workflow obstacles and inefficiencies. 
    • Familiarise with ’s suite of brand tools and guidelines, provide working files and toolkits to 3rd party vendors and partners as required.
    • Report quarterly (TBC) to client Creative Marketing on processes with suggestions to improve on efficiencies. Liaise with other Client stakeholders with regards to campaign production wherever needed. 
    • Maintain meticulous workflows across Airtable, review decks etc. 
    • Work with Client Marketing Creative Producer on production workflow decks to educate internal and external stakeholders.
