We are looking for an IT Asset and Supplier Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the lifecycle of IT assets and maintaining relationships with suppliers and vendors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT asset management, procurement, and vendor management, with excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Your main tasks will be:

  • Develop and maintain an inventory of all IT assets, including hardware, software, licenses, and cloud subscriptions (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Implement and enforce asset tracking procedures to ensure accurate and up-to-date asset records.
  • Coordinate the procurement of IT assets, including hardware, software licenses, and cloud services.
  • Evaluate vendor proposals, negotiate contracts, and ensure cost-effective procurement.
  • Manage software licenses and ensure compliance with licensing agreements.
  • Conduct regular audits to verify compliance and address any discrepancies.
  • Maintain and nurture relationships with IT suppliers and vendors, including hardware and software providers.
  • Negotiate contracts, SLAs, and pricing terms to secure cost savings and service improvements.
  • Monitor supplier performance and ensure adherence to contractual obligations.
  • Generate reports on asset inventory, usage, and financials for management review.
  • Keep records of invoices, create invoices in 1C, and monitor timely payments.
  • Participate in planning and budgeting processes for the infrastructure department.
