The Contract Administrator will play a crucial role in assisting the Legal and Contracts Administration teams with daily contract management. This position involves handling various aspects of the contract lifecycle from intake through signatures.
 

What you'll do:

  • Collaborate with the legal team to manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle.
  • Prioritize and execute work from the legal intake queue.
  • Draft and review contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Coordinate contract signatures and vendor setup.
  • Submit and run monthly and quarterly reports to assist with corporate compliance policies.
  • Maintain documentation providing business an awareness of partners' payment obligations.
     

What you'll bring:

  • Previous experience as a Contracts Administrator, paralegal, or similar role.

  • Proficiency with SharePoint and Microsoft Office 365 (or equivalent software).
  • Strong time management skills, with the ability to balance multiple projects effectively.
     

Additional Details:

Please note that this is a temporary assignment providing services to Wizards through an external staffing agency. If you are selected for this assignment, you will be employed by Eastridge as a W2 employee and will not be an employee of Wizards.
 

  • Employment Type: Contingent Worker
  • Location: Renton, WA or Remote
  • Duration: 9 months
     

Compensation Range, Currency USD:

  • Starting Pay Range: $27/hour

  • Pay Range End: $38/hour
