Data Entry Clerk

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Clerk to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will excel in a fast-paced environment and be responsible for accurately inputting and maintaining data across various platforms. This role is crucial in ensuring that information is well-organized, ensuring the flow of timely and accurate data throughout the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Inputting, updating, and maintaining data in the company database and other software systems.
• Reviewing and verifying data for accuracy and completeness.
• Ensuring the confidentiality and security of all data handled.
• Collaborating with team members to resolve any discrepancies in data.
• Generating reports and summaries as required by management.
• Assisting with data management projects and ongoing data maintenance efforts.

• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience as a data entry clerk or in a similar position.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and data management software.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Familiarity with databases and data entry processes.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
