The ideal candidate has experience in computer hardware/software, local networks, Microsoft Windows 10, Office 365, MS Teams, and graphic design software (Autodesk 3DS MAX, MAYA). A Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or a related field and 2 years of relevant experience are required.

ABOUT THE POSITION
Responsibilities
IT
Provide IT help-desk support and resolve hardware/software problems, Facilities, System server, Internet connection for the end users, etc.
Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to requests received through the IT helpdesks.
Install, test, and configure new workstations, peripheral equipment, and software.
Maintain inventory of all equipment and software licenses.
Giving user account settings and configuring access system for user endpoints.
Report issues to the manager for escalation.
Assist and maintain System server, Internet connection more stable.
Office management
Maintain office equipment to repair if needed.
Manage camera, entry card system.
Review, update the policies and regulations.
Manage office budget and report to direct manager.
Directly contact, negotiate prices and sign contracts with service providers.
Communicate with local authorities to complete necessary paperwork.
Other admin tasks as assigned by direct manager.
