About the role

Our IT Department is crucial in supporting our business operations and ensuring technology is seamlessly integrated across all functions. For that reason, we are looking for a highly skilled and motivated project manager to collaborate with team members, ensuring all project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are met and completed within budget. Responsibilities include submitting project deliverables, preparing status reports, establishing effective project communication plans, and executing those plans properly.

Your responsibilities will be to:

• Determine and define project scope and objectives.
  
• Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner.
  
• Be prepared to get involved and execute projects where appropriate.
  
• Prepare a budget based on scope of work and resource requirements.
  
• Track project costs to meet budget.
  
• Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan.
  
• Meet with [internal or external] clients to take detailed documentation and clarify specific requirements of each project.
  
  
• Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals.
  
• Coordinate with cross-discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines and schedules.
  
• Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with staff members and stakeholders.
  
• Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments and progress.
  
• Utilize industry best practices, techniques and standards throughout the entire project execution.
  
  

What will you bring in:

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, information systems or similar area of study.
• Minimum of 5 years of related industry experience in project management.
• The ability to lead project teams of various sizes and see them through to completion.
• A strong understanding of formal project management methodologies.
• Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
• Experience with process improvement and inventory control.
• Advanced time management and analytical skills.
• Prince2 or PMP certification is a plus.
