Role and Missions — What you will do 🚀

We are seeking a talented Lead Level Designer to craft engaging and innovative levels for All in Hole, our ambitious hybridcasual puzzle game currently in soft-launch! You will utilize our custom level editor to design fun and challenging experiences that keep players hooked.

More specifically, you will be responsible for:

  • Designing levels using the in-house level editor
  • Ensuring a balance of diversity and difficulty across levels
  • Developing new level mechanics to enhance gameplay
  • Analyzing user data to identify areas for improvement in player retention and monetization
  • Organizing internal playtests to assess level quality and balance
  • Structuring level progression to optimize the player experience
  • Organizing & leading the team with an ambitious weekly target for creating new levels

Requirements

If you’re creative, ambitious, and up for taking over the industry, we want you on our team! We are also looking for:

  • 3+ years of experience with level design in casual puzzle games - Strong track record is required
  • Previous experience leading, structuring and/or mentoring other team members
  • Great feel for level design and an understanding of what makes a level fun
  • Strong analytcal skills and ability to define key data to assess if levels are well designed/balanced
  • Experience using custom Level Editor in Unity
  • Team-player & openess to feedback from the Product Team working on the game
  • Fluent in English
