How we LEAD:

The Legal Analyst will be responsible for contract interpretation, analysis and

briefing, and will act as a liaison between our music label Business Affairs

departments and the Royalties department.  The position requires experience

analyzing legal documents and providing practical legal and business advice.

How you'll CREATE:

• Provide interpretation of terms and conditions of contractual royalty obligations.

• Complete royalty-centered briefs based on legal documents to ensure compliance.

• Input royalty rates and terms from briefs into royalties translation system.

• Research and answer issues that arise from both label business affairs and royalties department.

Bring your VIBE:

• 1-3 years related experience.

• BA/BS degree and JD degree.

• Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to multi-task and prioritize; works well under pressure.

• Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure in fast paced environment.
