Legal Representative

We are seeking a Legal Representative to join our team. You will be responsible for drafting and reviewing contracts, responding to legal consultations, drafting, establishing, training, and monitoring internal and external legal guidelines, handling shareholder meetings, and other general corporate legal affairs. The role requires a proactive individual who can contribute to our vision of delivering new experiences through cutting-edge technology and creative ideas. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and collaboratively, demonstrating strong communication and organizational skills. The candidate will be required to have experience in legal drafting and review along with an understanding of business principles.
