Endeavor is also the majority owner of TKO Group Holdings (NYSE: TKO), a premium sports and entertainment company comprising UFC and WWE.The Manager, Workforce Ops Systems and Development is primarily responsible for maintaining an expertise as it relates to staff management and asset systems and 3rd party tools in support of and from the viewpoint of the On Location Staff Operations, Hospitality and Sports Experiences teams. The Manager works closely with team to drive strategy, enhancements, maintenance, and training tools directly associated with the management of staff Operations throughout the company. This position will also work with other functional areas and business units in developing and driving consistent processes related to our systems and operations.

Must be adaptable with work and travel schedule and be available to travel for work which may include extended work hours during nights, weekends, and holidays. International travel may be required. Expected travel may range from 10-15% annually.
QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, the candidate must be able to perform each essential duty above at the highest levels. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Technology, Hospitality, Sports Management, Business or a related field, or equivalent experience preferred.
Experience with multiple technologies and proprietary system development related to Staff scheduling and operations management, inventory management, and data analytics.
Exceptional interpersonal skills – a collaborative style and ability to communicate effectively at all levels with strong oral, written, and presentation skills.
Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
Excellent situational analysis and decision-making skills.
Experience in the Travel & Hospitality industry.
Experience working with multiple technology and software platforms, including but not limited to Office 365 platform, Asana, Smartsheet, and other digital collaboration systems.
Presently resides and/or is willing to relocate to Milan, Italy
