Traffic Manager (Marketing)

Onward Search is a specialized staffing and talent solutions company that helps professionals find top jobs with the nation’s leading brands. We’re currently partnering with a global apparel brand to find a talented Traffic Manager for a 3-month remote contract position.

As the Traffic Manager, you’ll play a critical role in coordinating projects across the marketing, creative, and development teams to ensure smooth execution of web updates and campaign launches. You’ll be responsible for keeping projects on track, meeting quality standards, and aligning with business objectives, all while working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and traffic projects between marketing, creative, and development teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Oversee timelines, resources, and deliverables for web updates and campaign launches.
• Act as the main point of contact for task coordination, resolving roadblocks, and communicating project status to all stakeholders.
• Ensure all web assets (including product launches, marketing promotions, and brand content) are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Use project management tools (Asana, Trello, Jira) to track progress, report on metrics, and drive accountability.
• Work closely with the web development team to ensure accurate and timely deployment of updates to websites and digital properties.
• Conduct post-launch analysis to identify successes and areas for improvement in the project management process.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the apparel or retail industry.
• Proven experience trafficking projects across marketing, creative, and web development teams.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and web development processes.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira).
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under tight deadlines.
