Summary

As a Media Implementer and Buyer, you will optimize media campaigns for clients, ensuring delivery on post-buy metrics. You will leverage your understanding of TV ratings trends and reach/GRP analysis to forecast future ratings and apply these insights to TV campaign implementation and optimization. You will actively engage with media owners to understand and manage current TV scenarios that impact campaigns. You will utilize this information to have productive discussions with media owners and clients. You will also possess knowledge of alternative marketing and media options within the marketing mix to integrate them with specific brand goals and objectives. You will be responsible for reconciling bookings and billings with media owners, ensuring quality control in bookings, and ensuring accurate and timely financial invoicing. You will also perform quality checks on print tear-sheets, broadcast logs, and digital invoices.
Must have:
  • Min Diploma in Business/ Finance/ Data Analytics/ Statistics
  • Proficiency in written and verbal communication skills in English

Job Description

  • Optimized media campaigns on clients whose buying metrics to be delivered on post buys.
  • Cleverly used TV ratings trends and Reach/ GRP curve analysis (mainly) to make good forecast of the future rating and its trends and applies these learnings in the TV implementation and optimization. 
  • Understand the local sentiments like seasonality, content type and/ or back to back program performance for the period in planning to forecast future ratings.
  • Active engagement and relationship with media owners to know how to use and manage current TV scenarios that will impact and influence our TV campaigns.
  • Ability to use these media information to hold discussions with media owners and clients.
  • Understands the role and potential of alternative marketing and media options within overall marketing mix to integrate them with specific brand goals and objectives
  • Display good knowledge of news circulation channels in order to effectively disseminate the information through the right channel
  • Reconcile with media owners on bookings and billings respectively.
  • Quality control in bookings and ensuring its accuracy before sending out.
  • Ensure media bookings and invoices tally for efficient and timely Finance Invoicing
  • Checking of print quality on tear-sheets, broadcast logs and clear digital invoice matching

Qualifications
