Responsibilities:

  • Communicate directly with players to build strong relationships and maintain a visible external presence on social media and forums.

  • Actively monitor various social media platforms, online forums, and community channels in the role of a moderator, effectively fostering a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere within our collective communities.

  • Monitor, track, and respond to bug reports, feedback, and player inquiries in a timely manner.

  • Identify and address emerging issues, concerns, or violations of community guidelines and help resolve conflicts raised by community members.

  • Assist in defining and maintaining community strategies, such as player acquisition, engagement methods, and moderation policies.

  • Plan and implement effective online and offline community outreach initiatives and programs that actively engage our community.

  • Assist in identifying and creating assets to support the studio's and game's community communication needs.

  • Collaborate with the marketing and development teams to ensure accurate brand representation and communications.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience in a social media, communications, or PR role.

  • Extensive knowledge of social media platforms and online forums, especially Discord, Reddit, and Twitch.

  • Exceptional written and oral communication abilities are essential.

  • Maintain a professional attitude in all online interactions.

  • Good judgment and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficient in community and social media management platforms and tools.

We’re dedicated to leveraging our passion, expertise, and creativity to develop and publish the next generation of groundbreaking and immersive video games on all platforms.

Base hourly salary range between $38 - $52/hour USD (Base hourly salary range for applicants located within the United States)

Please note that the compensation information provided is a good faith estimate for this position only and is provided pursuant to the California Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements Law.

Survios takes into consideration a candidate’s education, training, and experience, external market and internal value, including seniority and merit systems, and internal pay alignment when determining the salary level for potential new employees. In compliance with the California Law, a potential new employee’s salary history will not be used in compensation decisions.
