Job Description

This role involves planning and executing innovative campaigns with KOLs and strategic partners to boost brand impact. Responsibilities include tracking and analyzing KOL performance, managing KOL relationships in the Philippines (online/offline activations), building a KOL database, cultivating relationships with community champions (micro-KOLs and leaders), and managing a KOL grooming program. The position also requires executing community activations across social platforms (tournaments, competitions), conducting user research (FGDs/IDIs), supporting game operation projects (payment tests, localization), and daily use of TikTok and Facebook for community engagement and analysis. A deep understanding of the Philippine gaming industry is essential.
Must have:

  • Passionate about games, knowledge of PH gaming industry
  • Community channel management experience
  • TikTok & Facebook user, understanding user behavior
  • Authorized to work in Philippines

Job Details

Job Description
  • Plan and execute innovative campaigns in partnership with KOLs and strategic partners to enhance brand impacts
  • Track and analyze KOL performance metrics to assess KPIs, optimizing strategies with regular KOL review based on data insights
  • Manage KOLs in the Philippines by having local online or offline activation
  • Building and maintaining a comprehensive database of KOLs
  • Cultivate relationships with community champions, including micro-KOLs and community leaders, with a focus on both the growth and quality of engagement within these communities.
  • Manage an end-to-end KOL grooming program to nurture and support their growth within the brand community
  • Execute community activation across social platforms to grow the size and quality of our community. This includes organizing online tournaments, online competitions and offline tournaments
  • Conduct basic user research (FGD/IDI) on certain topics such as product feedback, campaign evaluation, etc.
  • Support game operation projects  such as payment tests in Philippines, Game Localization and other ad hoc tasks
Job Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of work experience in KOL management
  • Native Filipino speaker with proficient English reading, writing and communication skills
  • Having a keen interest in tracking current trends across social media and digital marketing through monitoring community discussions and interacting with the community
  • Ability to measure social media engagement for basic analysis
  • Highly passionate about games, with a good knowledge of the gaming industry in the Philippines and a deep curiosity for game products and industry best practices
  • Experience managing community channels, with the ability to build, grow, and nurture relationships within online communities. Prior experience in community-building is a plus
  • Ability to independently execute projects with clear briefs and timelines
  • Authorized to work in the Philippines
  • Daily user of TikTok and Facebook with a good understanding of user behavior on these platforms
  • Having connections with esports or gaming influencer communities is preferred
  • Comfortable working on a contract basis
