Responsibilities include tracking and analyzing KOL performance, managing KOL relationships in the Philippines (online/offline activations), building a KOL database, cultivating relationships with community champions (micro-KOLs and leaders), and managing a KOL grooming program. The position also requires executing community activations across social platforms (tournaments, competitions), conducting user research (FGDs/IDIs), supporting game operation projects (payment tests, localization), and daily use of TikTok and Facebook for community engagement and analysis. A deep understanding of the Philippine gaming industry is essential.
