The MS Dynamics Subject Matter Expert (SME) will lead the design, development, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, working with business and technical teams. Responsibilities include designing the CRM architecture, building and supporting CRM features, administering and maintaining Dynamics CRM, translating business requirements into technical solutions, integrating with third-party systems, providing technical support and training, and assisting with project planning. The role requires proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, strong knowledge of related technologies, and excellent communication skills.

Must have:

Bachelor’s degree in related field is required.
Minimum seven years of IT experience
At least three years as a technical expert
Minimum three years of Dynamics CRM development
Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
Strong knowledge of JavaScript, C Sharp, Dot Net, and web services
Experience with SQL and data migration techniques
Strong communication and teamwork skills

Good to have:

Experience with full life cycle CRM implementations
Experience with CRM workflows and UI customization
Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform
Familiarity with Microsoft SharePoint

Role Description:

We are seeking Microsoft Dynamics Subject Matter Expert (SME) to lead the design, development, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. The SME will work closely with business and technical teams to ensure the CRM platform is aligned with the goals of the Department of Economic and Workforce Development.

You’ll be responsible for (Responsibilities):

- Serve as the SME for design, architecture, and implementation of MS Dynamics CRM
- Define logical, technical, and physical architecture for the CRM solution
- Build and support CRM features focused on business priorities
- Administer and maintain Dynamics CRM, including customizations and configurations
- Translate business requirements into technical documentation and solutions
- Work with analysts, project managers, and technical staff to deliver solutions
- Assist with data migration tasks into and from Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- Build and present solution prototypes and demos
- Integrate Dynamics CRM with third-party tools and systems
- Provide technical support and training to end-users
- Conduct quality assurance testing
- Assist with CRM project planning, scheduling, and deployments
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
- Minimum seven years of IT experience
- At least three years of experience as a technical expert in an IT organization
- Minimum three years of development experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development and customization
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, C Sharp, Dot Net, and web services
- Familiarity with Dynamics 365 APIs and SDKs
- Solid understanding of CRM systems and data models
- Experience with SQL and data migration techniques
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with full life cycle CRM implementations
- Experience with CRM workflows and UI customization
- Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, including Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps
- Familiarity with Microsoft SharePoint
