Playtech‘s Infrastructure Unit is looking for a proactive Technical Reliability Engineer Intern with excellent organisation and problem-solving skills.

Your influential mission. You will...

• Design and build tools to manage the network in automated fashion.
• Help design, improve, automate and troubleshoot networks in data center and cloud environments.
• Research, evaluate and recommend solutions for improving network performance and reliability.

Components for success. You...

• Have familiarity with computer networking on a theoretical level.
• Possess previous experience managing network devices.
• Have solid experience with Linux.
• Are experienced with at least one programming language.

You'll get extra points for...

• Experience with Cisco, Checkpoint, and F5 devices.
• Experience with infrastructure automation (e.g., automated provisioning of network devices, cloud technologies like Pulumi, Ansible, Salt, Terraform, RESTCONF, NETCONF).
• Knowledge of Cloud PaaS platforms (AWS, GCP).
• Experience with virtualization (VMWare, K8s).
• Familiarity with software engineering best practices (source control management, code reviews, build processes, testing, release, change management, and response).
• Experience with codified workflows.
