Next Crossfire Mode Planning

Smilegate Entertainment seeks a [Next Crossfire] Mode Planner to contribute to the development and management of game IPs and global cultural content. Responsibilities include planning innovative PVP modes, designing game mechanics, using Unreal Engine (versions 3 and 4) for implementation and resource integration, and managing project timelines effectively. The ideal candidate possesses a passion for game development, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and experience in FPS or MMORPG development. This role requires strong documentation and presentation skills. Experience with Unreal Engine's Kismet or Blueprint is highly desirable.
