Join our Vienna team as an Office Manager, where you will enhance the office experience and deliver exceptional service!

Responsibilities

Oversee office administration and implement efficient procedures.

Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely service delivery.

Supervise and maintain a clean, safe, and well-maintained office environment.

Coordinate incoming mail, shipments, and meeting room reservations.

Provide support to visitors, colleagues, and internal teams for smooth operations.

Generate reports on office space usage and equipment, and analyze for optimization.

Process purchase orders and manage office supply inventory.

Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and regulations.

Support office moves, space reconfigurations, and workplace arrangements as needed.
