Description

This company, which specializes in AI-enabled tools for creators, has launched products on platforms like Telegram and OnlyFans, with plans to expand to other popular creator platforms. The primary product is an AI companion that allows creators to engage and monetize fan interactions through text, voice, and image, creating a deeply personal connection between influencers and their fans.

Role Overview

The Operations and Quality Assurance Specialist will take on a variety of entrepreneurial tasks, working closely with the leadership team. This full-time role (at least 8 hours per day) requires a strong commitment to the company's goals, with no part-time job commitments elsewhere.

Responsibilities

  • Chatter Management: During working hours, manage Retool dashboards to respond to fan messages on behalf of influencers, with a focus on driving new subscriptions and tips.
  • Quality Testing: Assist in testing new products and features, ensuring they function correctly, and provide input to guide the product roadmap.
  • Top of Funnel Generation: Support marketing efforts by driving traffic to the platform through posts on forums like Reddit and 4Chan, and by creating and managing dating app accounts.
  • Influencer Outreach: Help source new influencers to join the platform, including finding contact details and assisting with the onboarding process.
  • Marketing: Contribute to the company's presence on Twitter and Instagram by producing content to support brand promotion.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in operations or a related administrative role.
  • Proficiency in using operational tools and platforms, such as Retool, or similar dashboard management systems.
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel for data entry tasks.
  • Familiarity with internal dashboards or similar chat tools.
  • Basic understanding of quality assurance processes and experience in testing new product features.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately and work diligently.
  • Excellent communication skills, especially in a chat-based environment.
  • Ability to perform operational tasks such as managing fan interactions through chat platforms.
  • Experience in AI, tech, or digital media industries is a plus.
