Role Overview:
Primary Purpose of Workday Reporting Partner is to create and maintain reports and dashboards in Workday. This position is part of the Global HR operations team.Key Accountabilities:
Design, develop, test, deploy and maintain custom Workday reports and dashboards
Build relationships with HR team and stakeholders to understand their data landscape and business priorities; analyze business requirements against Workday reporting capabilities
Develop solutions that ensure the institution is maximizing its ability to automate and exploit data from all HR technologies as efficiently as possible
Ensure data is stored, collected, and presented efficiently, aligned with quality and privacy guidelines.
About the Role
Create and maintain Workday reports, worksheets, docs, dashboards and discovery boards.
Import EIBs quickly and efficiently both scheduled, deadline sensitive and ad-hoc.
Develop, test and train others on new EIBs
Gather requirements and deliver proof of concept reports and dashboards
Create and maintain documentation of processes and reporting governance.
Design and deliver presentations on Workday and related data from other sources including Looker, Excel, Google Sheets.
Train stakeholders on use of reports and dashboards.
Partner with HR Operations, IT, and other stakeholders to complete projects.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure meaningful reporting on Workday business processes and data quality.
Design testing for new reports and dashboards
Assist in testing new workday reports, dashboards and business processes.
Create and maintain reports and templates in Workday Documents such as reference letters, and offer letters.
Maintain appropriate security access for all reports and dashboards.
About You
Minimum 5 years of experience in HR with a focus on HR Ops and Information systems.
3+ years experience working in a Workday reporting role.
Understanding of HR practices and processes, HR systems (data inflow and outflow), and management.
Advanced proficiency or practical knowledge in Workday reporting, including advanced reporting, calculated fields, BIRT, dashboards and discovery boards
Advanced proficiency in Workday Drive, Workday Worksheets and Workday Docs
Experience creating Workday documents that include dynamic fields and DocuSign interface.
Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
Proficiency in presentation and visualization tools (PowerPoint or Google Slides)
Experience and proficiency in business/process analysis, developing standard metrics/dashboards, and workforce plans in multinational or global organizations, preferably from professional services organizations
Independent thinking and very good analytical and critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
Excellent presentation skills; should have the ability to distill and present actionable information derived from complex data
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
