Job Description & Summary
As an Operations Specialist you will be an integral player in our internal technology partner program. As part of this you will manage and expand the operational side of the program supervising and driving the planning, purchasing and controlling activities as well as enhancements of the existing operational set-up. Together with the team, you may closely collaborate with other PwC network firms (mainly outside of CEE), help develop and take to the next level our technical solution. This will also include extensive stakeholder management across different seniority levels and different geographies offering you to work in a truly global environment.
Liviu Chirita is Partner responsible for PwC CEE Financial Crime Advisory. Originally with a background in financial services risk management, he has led an expansion of the current team into wider Risk & Regulatory topics including digital and technology related support to PwC clients. The existing multi-national team is predominantly Prague based.
Key responsibility is to supervise and coordinate operational parts of the internal partner program. The Operations Specialist will support the Programme Manager
Manager on driving the program and closely collaborate with his/her peers on various activities.
Planning & Scheduling
Regular interaction with multiple program partners on business and operational matters
Coordinate the setup of meetings and prepare the agenda for calls with PwC network firms, clients, partners and platform providers
Support the Program Manager in preparation of presentations and content material
Assist the Program and BD Managers in meeting with other PwC offices across the globe
Help coordinate internal meetings with the team
Controlling
Production of management information (e.g. territory distribution of available / booked resources)
Prepare monthly status reports on key management indicators
Tracking management information related to new requests and existing requests and engagements
Regular risk management processes
Resource management
Collaborate with Request Manager and oversee the process for tracking invoicing activity
Work with the Request Manager to ensure demand for resources is matched to relevant talent and liaise with partners
Vendor management as part of the selected technology platform
Technology background with previous experience from IT industry
Broad understanding on technology trends and technology development lifecycle and the roles within it
Stakeholder management skills
Ability to work independently and identify opportunities for process enhancements
Basic project management skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills - Need to work in a matrix environment managing multiple stakeholder group interactions at different levels
Fluent in English (expect 100% of daily communication to be in English)
