【Job Responsibilities】
1、社区冷启用户引入策略及用户沉淀运营方案制定，挖掘社区用户诉求，推动社区产品迭代，并落地配套运营策略，实现社区用户规模正向增长；
2、搭建分层用户运营体系，针对用户游戏特性、社区属性及行为特征制定运营规划并落地 ，通过数据分析及用户调研验证策略效果，提升社区用户活跃度及粘性；
3、社区积分及社交体系搭建及运营，助力社区产品的用户留存、活跃目标；
4、重大节点社区活动策划及包装，完成游戏用户社区认知触达、导流及承接，探索高效用户转化路径；
5、制定有效的舆情监测和管理体系，精准洞察并把控社区舆情风向，快速反应，并能向合作团队输入有效舆情管理建议；
Requirements:
2、热爱二次元文化和游戏，2-3款游戏的深度用户，深度游戏社区用户；
3、了解游戏用户社群行为特点和诉求，能判断游戏用户的潜力话题、舆情敏感点；
4、具备良好的沟通协调能力和执行落地能力,善于多线程、跨团队的沟通协作；
5、英语/日语/韩语能力优秀者优先。
