Job Description
As a Paid Social Specialist at Havas, your day will involve developing and managing paid social campaigns across various platforms. You will align these campaigns with overall marketing objectives, define and refine audience segments using demographic and behavioral data, and manage campaign budgets to maximize ROI. You will also monitor campaign metrics, generate performance reports, and conduct A/B tests on creatives and landing pages. Additionally, you'll maintain detailed records of campaign strategies, results, and creative assets. This role requires strong analytical skills, a data-driven mindset, excellent communication, and copywriting skills, along with up-to-date knowledge of social media trends.
Must have:
- 2+ years experience managing paid social campaigns.
- B2+/C1 English language skills (required).

What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience managing paid social campaigns with platforms like Meta ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, etc.
- B2+/C1 english skills (a must)
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
- Up-to-date knowledge of social media trends and best practices.
