The Payroll SME will provide accurate and timely support for the payroll process, being part of an international team coordinating processes for 35 countries within the EMEA region. Responsibilities include end-to-end processing of payroll, maintaining payroll records, processing variable wage components and allowances/deductions, monthly/yearly reporting, and dealing with financial controls. The role requires excellent service to employees and stakeholders, resolving pay-related queries, and implementing improvements within the payroll process.
