- Employee Engagement and Well-Being: Act as the on-site champion for employee engagement, fostering strong connections across teams and departments. Develop wellness programs, mentorship initiatives, and recognition efforts. Collect and report quarterly employee feedback to leadership.
- Remote Employee Support: Design and implement strategies to engage remote employees and ensure alignment with company culture.
- Event Management: Plan and execute internal events, including game jams, team-building activities, casual gatherings, and major annual events such as the summer BBQ and holiday parties. Collaborate with an employee events committee to shape company events. Community Impact: Organize fundraising initiatives to support local charities, promoting corporate responsibility and community involvement.
- Travel Coordination: Manage all aspects of travel arrangements, including booking, budgeting, expense tracking, and documentation for staff.
- Swag and Recognition: Order and oversee company-branded merchandise to celebrate milestones, achievements, and years of service.
- Manage internal tours, assist external guests etc.
- Be part of the onboarding experience.
- 3+ years experience in an employee engagement, event coordination, or a related role.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, fostering connections at all levels.
- Creativity and enthusiasm for planning memorable events and initiatives.
- Ability to develop and implement strategies to engage both on-site and remote employees.
- Proficiency in managing budgets, tracking expenses, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Passion for promoting wellness, inclusivity, and a positive workplace culture.
- Familiarity with ordering and managing branded merchandise is a plus.
- A proactive, collaborative attitude and a drive to make an impact.
- Experience in the gaming industry is a plus.
