The People Reporting SME (Workday) role is within the People organization, responsible for delivering people insights through dashboards, reports, and on-demand queries. This SME primarily focuses on Workday Reports & Analytics, supporting regional service centers, HRIS, and HR managers with change requests, testing, and implementing new solutions. Responsibilities include data analysis, creating workforce reports, contributing to strategic projects, managing HR reporting demands, identifying data trends, and sharing knowledge within the team. The role involves delivering data-based recommendations, requiring strong analytical and consulting skills, project management, and excellent communication. The individual will work on multiple projects with prioritisation skills.
Must have:
  • Workday reporting experience is a must
  • Experience with Advanced, Matrix & Composite Reports
  • Experience with PRISM Creation / Management
  • Experience with Dashboards / Discovery Boards
  • Experience with Calculated Fields
  • Experience with Report Integrations
  • Reporting track record – HR Reports & Analytics
  • Functional knowledge of HR processes is a must
  • Passionate about working with HR data

In this role, you have the opportunity to be part of People organization - Workday Reporting & Data Quality. Responsible for delivering people insights via standardized dashboards, reports and on demand people insights queries.

SME Responsible for primarily Workday Reports & Analytics

Should have experience in Operations / Service Delivery

Support Regional Service Centres / HRIS / HR Managers in terms Change Requests, Testing & Implementing New Solutions (Reporting & Analytics)


Your role:

  • Conduct data analysis and reporting through available HR systems to better inform, track, and improve HR planning and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to determine impactful measures to inform, deliver and implement solid HR Reporting capabilities
  • Design and deliver clear frequent workforce reports with an initial key focus on Learning reporting, and deliver insights, analysis and presentations to relevant stakeholders, either pro-actively or based on request
  • Contribute to strategic projects to strengthen HR insights and considerations.
  • Determine and continuously improve best practices in HR Reporting across the domains of Payroll (ADP), Learning (CSOD) and Core HR Data (Workday)
  • Manage demand for HR Reporting insights while balancing delivery through self-service versus ad hoc.
  • Spot data trends that will help us increase overall performance- initiate and drive improvements
  • Share your knowledge and experience with the HR Reporting team
  • delivering pro-active data-based recommendations to various technical and business issues

  • Ability to collect, link and interpret data, create executive summaries, deliver business insights and suggest quantifiable improvements in processes and consumer satisfaction.
  • Ability to translate data into business insights through strong analytical and conceptual skills
  • Excellent consulting skills, ability to engage with various stakeholders providing strategic, tactical and operational insights based recommendations
  • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to work on several projects simultaneously by setting the right priorities
  • Excellent presentation, and communication skills – both verbal and written, fluent English (speaking and writing skills)
  • Capability to visually represent conclusions and the ability to tell the story behind the numbers
  • Results and customer oriented, organized, and able to prioritize
  • Continuous improvement mindset
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
