Betsson Group is seeking a PPC Manager to plan, budget, set up, and optimize PPC campaigns for current and new markets. The role involves ensuring correct operations and processes, maintaining collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, and achieving performance goals for the PPC channel. Responsibilities include strategic PPC planning, managing yearly budgets (M+), mentoring junior PPC specialists, creating and managing PPC campaigns (Search, Display, Video), utilizing PPC automation and scripts, analyzing data for growth opportunities, collaborating with stakeholders, and optimizing tactics with Google Account Managers and external suppliers.
Must have:
  • 4+ years of hands-on PPC experience
  • University degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience with keyword research and analysis
  • Experience with paid media, display, Search Ads 360, YouTube Ads
  • Excellent Excel skills
  • Self-motivated with analytical problem-solving
  • Excellent communication skills
Good to have:
  • iGaming industry experience
  • Multi-brand environment background
  • Google Ads certified

Excellent opportunity to join Betsson Group as our new PPC Manager. 

What is in it for me? 

As a PPC Manager you are responsible for planning, budgeting, setup and optimisation of PPC campaigns for current and new upcoming markets. You are also responsible of the correct setup of operations and processes, as well as keeping a high level of collaboration with internal and external stakeholders and to reach the performance goals for the PPC channel.   

You are good at: 

  • PPC strategic planning for consolidated or new markets  
  • Plan and manage relevant yearly budgets (M+)  
  • Support your team in the daily work and mentor junior PPC Specialists in the team.  
  • Create, manage and optimise PPC campaigns (Search, Display and Video)   
  • PPC automation, scripts and bidding strategies  
  • Proactively analyse data to identify opportunities for growth or improvement of account performance and day-to-day processes.  
  • Guarantee the highest quality of collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. 
  • Proactively search and present new ideas to Regional managers and internal stakeholders to increase efficiency and performance 
  • Ensure all PPC operations and processes run smoothly and follow deadlines.  
  • Ensure that the technical infrastructure is working correctly to provide optimal tracking and reporting.  
  • Ensure an excellent cross-channel collaboration with other Biddable teams. 
  • Collaborate with Google Account Managers and other external suppliers to constantly optimise tactics and improve account performance.   

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of hands-on PPC experience in a similar role, ideally within the iGaming industry, or background in a multi-brand environment 
  • University degree in Marketing or equivalent work experience 
  • Google Ads certified preferred. 
  • Experience with keyword research, analysis, expansion, optimisation tools.  
  • Experience with paid media, display, Search Ads 360, YouTube Ads. 
  • Excellent Excel skills. 
  • Self-motivated with an analytical approach to problem solving and excellent communications skills
