Job Details
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in product marketing or product management.
- Experience working in mobile, e-commerce, gaming, and digital entertainment.
- Experience in office tools (e.g., Google Docs, spreadsheet software, presentation software).
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working with mobile Apps and Games developers.
- Track record of creative problem-solving with a strong bias towards action.
- Expertise in motivating and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Understanding of the mobile apps/games industry.
- Passion for and knowledge of the gaming spectrum.
- Passion for and knowledge of the non-game mobile apps industry.
About the job
Whether you're on a consumer product (like Gmail, Search, Maps, Chrome, Android) or a business product (Google Ads, AdSense, Google Marketing Platform, Analytics), you take part in a complete marketing experience as you lead every facet of the product's journey. From determining positioning, naming, competitive analysis, feature prioritization and external communications, you help shape the product and help it grow a consumer base. This means you work with a cross-functional team across Sales, corporate communications, legal, webmasters, product development, engineering and more. In this role, you'll be involved with product marketing strategy from beginning to end.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of a new membership program within Play Points with internal and external stakeholders. Drive profitable user lifecycle marketing impact through successful acquisition, engagement, and reclaim campaigns and promotions. Advocate the new program’s brand development and marketing efforts.
- Orchestrate and execute complex cross-functional marketing plans, along with aligning product feature scope with Product Development. Develop, pitch and successfully operate new programs and promotional opportunities. Lead or advise external marketing agencies across local Go-to Market strategy and execution.
- Analyze and review program and promotional results to deliver key consumer insights that lead to improved impact and results.
- Maintain and communicate program and promotional activities with cross-functional stakeholders locally and globally. Lead internal communication strategy for sharing actionable, incisive findings and insights with the business.
