Playnetic seeks a highly organized and proactive Project Manager for a fully remote role in Europe. Responsibilities include overseeing multiple game development projects, collaborating with various teams (creative studios, engineering, product), managing timelines using Jira, providing regular updates and risk assessments, and driving innovation in new game development (including crash games and slots). The role requires managing tooling and maintenance projects, overseeing certification, and fostering cross-departmental collaboration. Success will be measured by timely project delivery, process improvement, and the launch of a fully developed and certified online slot game.
Must have:
  • 3-4 years PM experience in IT/Software
  • Strong understanding of SDLC
  • Jira or similar PM tool experience
  • Excellent communication & stakeholder management
  • Proactive, leadership skills, quality focus
  • Fluent in English, based in Europe
Good to have:
  • iGaming/Gambling experience
  • Certification process knowledge

Are you a highly organised and proactive Project Manager looking to make an impact in the iGaming industry? At Playnetic, we’re growing rapidly and need a skilled Project Managers to join our fully remote team. You’ll work with creative studios, engineering teams, and product managers to deliver innovative games that captivate players worldwide.


WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Oversee multiple game development projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment between product and engineering teams.
  • Collaborate with game producers to understand requirements, break down tasks, and manage project timelines using Jira.
  • Work closely with engineering clans (Dev Team Lead, Frontend/Backend Developers, QA) to ensure seamless execution.
  • Provide regular project updates, reports, and risk assessments to stakeholders.
  • Drive innovation by leading new game development, from ideation to launch, including crash games and original slot concepts.
  • Manage tooling and maintenance projects, overseeing certification processes and optimising development workflows.
  • Foster cross-departmental collaboration with marketing, legal, and design teams to ensure project success.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • 3-4 years of project management experience in IT, software development, or related industries.
  • Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) – no coding required, but familiarity is essential.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with Jira or similar project management tools.
  • Proactive mindset, strong leadership abilities, and a passion for delivering quality products.
  • Fluent in English and based in Europe.
  • Experience in gambling/iGaming and certification processes is a plus but not mandatory.

YOUR OBJECTIVES AT PLAYNETIC

First 3 months: Complete onboarding, familiarise with tools and teams, and evaluate current game development pipelines, proposing at least three process improvements.

First 6 months: Lead an innovative game feature project, oversee certification processes, and implement at least one tooling improvement for enhanced efficiency.

First 12 months: Deliver a fully developed and certified online slot game across multiple platforms, establishing strong cross-department collaboration.
