A Project Manager belongs to the department responsible for proposing and delivering end-to-end cloud solutions with the most specialized knowledge. The PM manages the project team to ensure smooth deployment and release of Salesforce products. By defining end-to-end solutions and leading their rapid implementation, the PM proactively drives customer success by providing continuous business value to customers. This role does not specify the industry or type of customer to serve. However, considering the candidate's background, it is required to align with internal stakeholders in various industries such as finance, public sector, telecommunications, manufacturing, and B2C businesses while performing PM duties.

Role Description

• Overall project management, including project initiation, planning, requirements analysis, Fit&Gap assessment and guidance, and negotiation of overall scope and timeline changes.
• Creation and operation of project deliverables. Creation and review of project plans, requirement catalogs, solution design documents, etc.
• Collection of best practices for solution design and delivery. Proactively identify and resolve existing or pending issues.
• Provide best practices to internal project members and strive to improve skill levels and performance.
• On-site project leadership. Lead appropriate discussions with stakeholders (internal/customers/partners) to commit to customer success, and manage the project by promptly escalating issues when they arise.
• Create a positive project atmosphere, including with customers, to improve overall performance.
• Seek and create continuous business opportunities for the customer's ongoing business development.

Your Impact

PM candidates are required to have the ability to lead and manage important projects and programs. Specifically, they are responsible for formulating engagement, project management, and governance, controlling customer expectations, and making optimal decisions regarding the timing and method of resource provision. They are expected to flexibly resolve solution and development issues and risks, as well as proactively implement change management.

Basic Requirements

• Mindset to drive tasks with ownership of one's role.
• 5+ years of mid-scale project management experience (approx. 50-300 person-months).
• 7+ years of enterprise software implementation and lead experience. Especially experience in evaluating solutions and functions against business requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to explain complex concepts, negotiation and persuasion skills, conflict resolution skills, and the ability to prevent or solve problems through creative and proactive thinking.
• Ability to quickly link application functions to business requirements and evaluate which technologies to apply to business problems.
• Experience in proposing construction as a prime vendor to enterprise companies, specifically experience in formulating proposal policies, leading proposal document creation, presentations, and development estimates.
• Ability to learn new applications and technologies.
• Ability to guide the team on implementation methods to create optimal solutions and achieve success using those solutions.

Preferred Requirements

• Cloud solution experience, package implementation experience, CRM experience.
• Experience leading overall system architecture design as an architect.
• Prototype development methods, Agile development process.
• Project experience or practical experience utilizing English.
